Do I need our IT team to install ChromatographyForge?

No laboratory-specific desktop build is required. ChromatographyForge is accessed through a modern web browser. Your organisation may still apply its normal browser, network, and software-approval policies.

Is my analytical data sent to ChromatographyForge?

No. Analytical project and run data are processed in the browser and are not stored on ChromatographyForge servers. Only the account information and minimal access records required for authentication and licence management are transferred.

Can it support an ICH Q14 method development approach?

ChromatographyForge is designed to support structured, knowledge-led analytical procedure development, including planned multivariable studies and MODR development. It does not replace laboratory validation, quality-system review, or the scientist's responsibility for a compliant procedure.

What does the free demo include?

The demo provides seven calendar days of limited access from signup, with up to three peaks, up to three conditions, and basic reports. You must activate the demo using the link sent to your email; activation does not extend the end date.

Will I receive emails during the demo?

The activation message is a necessary account email. Where legally permitted, Ladeview may also send up to five emails with setup guidance and licence options: up to three during the seven-day demo, then one- and three-month follow-ups. You can turn these off before signup, in account settings, or from any marketing email without affecting your demo.

Where can I see how the application works?

The documentation section links to a complete interface guide, a function-explanation SOP, and a worked example method development SOP. They can be opened without an account.
